How to Access EDI Training?
These modules are hosted on Western's OWL site and can be accessed using your uwo.ca email and password.
Each module should take you 30 minutes to complete. There are extensive instructions below to get you set up and if you experience any technical difficulties, please contact Geoff Pimlatt. You will be required to complete a quiz following each module to ensure comprehension of the learning material. The USC is very excited about this next step in our EDI journey and hope you enjoy these training sessions.
Step 1: Login to Western's OWL Learning Platform
Visit OWL
Enter your @uwo.ca ID and password in the upper right corner
Step 2: Add the USC's EDI Courses to your list of classes
Once logged in, you can click on the link address for each course and it will be available to you:

MANAGING BIAS IN HIRING
Step 3: Take the course The Overview menu for each Course will include a link to the content, and a link to the quiz you need to take to show you have understood the content. You can also access those items through the "Lessons" and "Tests & Quizzes" links on the left navigation menu.
Note that t he Course content may take a few minutes to load -- please be patient! Once the content appears, just click the play symbol to start.
